Mary Taylor - Consultant

Mary specializes in Sales Effectiveness and Organizational Development. Her sales effectiveness efforts in coaching sales leadership is designed to successfully implement new strategic directions. Her organizational development work is with high-potential employees to develop their interpersonal and organizational effectiveness. She has done extensive work with AT&T, HP, and United Health Group.

Mary's consulting work in organizational transformation encompasses business and interpersonal coaching, strategic sales and negotiating training, and motivational team building. She is an accomplished business and life coach, business consultant, sales skills trainer, and facilitator with excellent problem solving skills and a passion for success.  She has worked with companies globally in change efforts due to rapid growth, deregulation, mergers and acquisitions, increased competition, process redesign, and other marketplace challenges.
  
Prior to launching Bridges Consulting in 1998, Mary held Regional Sales Effectiveness and Sales Management, and National Training Management positions with AT&T.

Mary has a B.S, in Business Administration from Louisiana State University, Graduate Studies, in Organization Management at University of Phoenix, is a Graduate of Coach University.
